Why we are building LambTech
Our mission
Help international companies find and hire strong engineers in India through thoughtful screening, focused introductions, and practical coordination with local employment specialists.
Our vision
Grow from trusted individual placements into well-matched engineering teams, bringing strong Indian talent together with thoughtful leadership, AI-native workflows, and reliable India-side support. We will earn that future one successful hire at a time.
People close to the work
LambTech starts with a simple belief: good hiring comes from understanding both the work and the people doing it.
Founder · Talent and product
Jonathan brings hands-on hiring and technical product experience from GoPerch, where he saw how much the right engineering judgment matters to a team. Building products and working with engineers through hiring and hackathons shaped LambTech's approach: understand the role deeply, assess thoughtfully, and introduce people with a clear reason they fit.
His roots at MIT Manipal and relationships across Manipal, IITs, and other engineering communities give him a network to build on. His experience at the Columbia University Start Me Up Venture Accelerator adds a founder's perspective on turning an early idea into a business that earns trust.
A focused start. Room to grow.
We're starting with individual placements. Repeat hiring can grow into assembled teams. Managed teams and project delivery are longer-term ambitions, built only when we've earned the trust.
We find, screen, and introduce an engineer for your open role. The first goal is simple: make one placement that works.
As needs grow, bring the right mix together: a tech lead, developers, and QA, ML, or embedded specialists.
Over time, we aim to grow into managed teams and project delivery, connecting hiring, onboarding, and AI-native ways of working.
The advantage isn't “cheap talent”
Hiring in India can reduce the total cost of adding capability, but price is an outcome, not the pitch. The longer-term opportunity is pairing strong engineers with thoughtful screening, good management, and AI-native workflows to help focused teams do more.

The first proof is a hire that works
Share the role, the work, and what a great hire would make possible. We'll take it from there, one thoughtful conversation at a time.
